Recipients of the Town of Wasaga Beach Athlete of the Year Awards are individuals who excel in competitive organized sports, exemplifying athleticism, leadership and sportsmanlike qualities. Athletes must be a Wasaga Beach resident and must be currently competing in the sport at a provincial level or higher to qualify for nomination. They may be nominated more than once, but may only win once. There are no age restrictions for this honour. Please note that only information included on this form will be considered in the award evaluation and selection process.
