Building Inspections Request

 NOTE: There will be no Inspections between

December 24 - January 2

* In order to book a building inspection, an issued building permit is required.

The Town of Wasaga Beach Building Services Department regulates the construction, changes, repairs and demolition of buildings and other structures within our community. The Department uses the Ontario Building Code, Town of Wasaga Beach by-laws and the Ontario Municipal Act to manage these projects.

Please note: 

  • A minimum of two (2) business days is required to arrange for an inspection. 

  • Inspection requests received after 3 p.m. are considered received the next business day

  • Spots are not guaranteed upon submitting request form

 

INSPECTION APPOINTMENTS CAN ONLY BE BOOKED FOR

MONDAY to FRIDAY from 8:30 AM - 4:30

There are NO inspections performed on Weekends or Statutory Holidays

The information will be used and/or disclosed in the administration, processing and/or to respond to your building permit pre-submission and/or building permit application .
